is the procedure for opening a new college?
Ans.
An organization Govt./Private, Trust,
Mission
,
Volunteer etc. registered under Society Act which wants to
open a
College
of
Health
Sciences
, shall
obtain the Essentiality Certificate from the State Govt.
Consent
of Affiliation by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences
will be granted after the receipt of Essentiality Certificate
from the State Govt.
The
organization will approach the concerned Council for grant of
permission after obtaining Essentiality Certificate from the
State Govt. and Consent of the University.
The
affiliation by the University will be granted on receipt of
the permission by the Concerned Council for starting the
course.
Admissions
will be made only after obtaining the permission of the Punjab
Govt. and a notification by the Govt. for the same.
As.
There is no statutory Central Council for BPT/MLT courses
presently. Grant of affiliation will be considered by the
University as and when the
Govt./Society/Trust/Mission/Volunteer applies to the
University after obtaining NOC from the State Government.

is registration No.?
Ans.
After the verification of the original documents of all the
students, each one is allotted a unique registration number,
which is the identity of a particular student throughout
his/her academic career. The student is issued a registration
number card.

How
can I get duplicate registration card?
Ans.
In case the registration card is lost /misplaced etc. the
student may apply for a duplicate registration card through
his college. The student has to submit a fee for Rs.200/-
along with an affidavit confirming that the registration card
is misplaced/lost and if it is found at any later stage,
he/she shall submit the same to the University immediately.

How
can I get my registration card corrected?
Ans.
In case the student finds any error or there is any change in
the particulars, he/she may submit application to the
University alongwith correction fee of Rs.100/- and
documentary proof through the Principal of his/her College.
